At its core, a tough steel base provides strength and stability, while 2" of Intellicore® polyurethane foam insulation boosts energy efficiency with a remarkable 20.4 R-value, helping to keep your garage quieter and more comfortable.

On top of the steel, a second layer of steel adds extra resilience. The exterior features composite cladding and overlay, both molded from real wood to capture authentic grain patterns and natural texture. This advanced composite material resists moisture, rot, and cracking, so you get the classic look of wood without the maintenance headaches.

Corrosion-resistant hot-dipped galvanized steel skins, a baked-on primer, and topcoat ensure lasting protection from the elements. Additional safety features like patented Safe-T-Bracket® and sturdy hardware complete the package, making this door as reliable as it is beautiful.
