Heavy Duty Steel Sectional
Series 2000 (20ga) Series 2400 (24ga)
Features:
- Heavy duty industrial strength 20 ga or 24 ga galvanized steel.
- Ship-lap meeting rails rolled integrally into sections for strength, rigidity and weather seal between sections.
- Full 2” thick box construction engineered for industrial applications.
- Doors have factory-applied paint front and back, including end and intermediate stiles. Doors may be field-painted to suit the colour scheme of the building.
- All stiles are engineered for hardware aftachment through prepunched holes.
 Stiles are securely spot-welded to the roll-formed section —no rivets to loosen, break or raffle.- All 20 ga and 24 ga doors have a ribbed surface for added strength.
- Computer-balanced springs for ease of operation.
- Heavy duty 14 ga end stiles and 16 ga intermediate stiles.
- Floor seal consists of an arctic grade tubular rubber that conforms to minor irregularities in the floor

Technology Advanced Construction
|
|
Therm-O-Dor features an exclusive, patented mechanical interlock
which is incorporated in the panel design that locks together the
exterior and interior steel skins. This feature is only
available with the Therm-O-Dor product.

Energy Saving |
|
Air infiltration and conductive energy loss is minimized with
intermediate between section joint seals: top, bottom and side
double flap weather seals and a Therm-O-Break between the interior
and exterior steel surfaces.

Durability |
|
Unequalled adhesion of the steel skins to the
polyurethane core offers increased strength and is backed by our 7
year warranty against delamination. The steel interior and
exterior skins are galvanized to prevent rust.

Virtually Maintenance Free |
|
The sections are finished with a two coat baked on
polyester paint finish providing long-term resistance to fading and
corrosion.

Security |
|
The Therm-O-Dor offers excellent protection against
break-ins. The security is provided by a tough section made up
of a core of polyurethane covered with two steel skins. The
sections are held together with heavy duty hardware and sturdy
interior side locks to ensure maximum security.
